6 allocators in your peer set hold this fund in pipeline. <5 have passed.

Among European family offices under €1B. Never who — that is a hard rule, and it is why they use us.

The habit

Clear forty inbounds without opening a tab.

Every address answers to three verbs. Forward and act in one motion — the decline goes out under your own name, correctly toned, threaded to the original.

you+pass@lp.gpPass
Sends a graceful decline under your name, with a reason code. Drafted for your approval until you have approved ten unedited.
you+watch@lp.gpWatch
Files it without a reply. You hear about it again when the fund holds a close or the terms move.
you+dd@lp.gpDiligence
Opens the file: full extraction, exposure overlap against your book, and peer references where the threshold is met.

The line that does the work

You are not the first to see this deck.

Every card tells you how many allocators in your peer set already hold the fund in pipeline, and how many have passed — never who, and never a number drawn from fewer than 5 distinct organizations.

Below that threshold we show nothing, and say so plainly. A fabricated count would be discovered inside a market of twenty-five thousand people who all talk to each other, and it would end the company. So the rule is absolute: if we would not show you the underlying organizations under NDA, you do not see the number.

Before we hold anything

The constitution was published before the first byte of customer data existed.

Ten clauses, versioned in public, with sixty days’ notice and a termination right on any material change. Each one is enforced somewhere in the code, and we publish where.

  • We do not sell or share identifiable customer data.
  • We do not compete with our customers — no placement, no brokerage, no carry.
  • A GP never learns that a specific LP is looking at them.
  • No statistic is shown below 5 distinct organizations.
  • Peer references are structured, never free-text, attributed to no one.
  • We do not train models on your data, and neither do our subprocessors.
  • You can leave with everything, self-service, on every plan.
  • Data lives in the European Union.
